any one have expereance with 12 inch L7s? i have 2 dual 4 ohm. i was wondering what kinda power they could handle for a burp? thanks

I've always thought the suspension on the L7's and CVR's were really loose but I've seen a couple thousand watts thrown at them in street apps.http://s1.bitefight.org/c.php?uid=175990

I remember somebody using a crown amp on 2 of them for burps if that helps any.

in 2006 we put 2 DDZ1 at 2 10" L7

i have a pair of the original(first year released) L7 10's with 9000 watts at burp ,and just think i havent changed them nor sent them in for any type of repairs .they have seen over dozens shows .........................

wow 9000 watts! i dont know if i want that much as i will use these for daily drivin also. maybe ill have a seperate amp for daily use?

when i have them at daily drive they are on wired down on a different ohm load on same amp ,2500 watts at lower impedance .
