we are making a new one today since the dude i designed it for cant follow the directions and cut one of the whole in the wrong place TWICE. so the box now has too many extra baffles and doesnt fit the way it was supposed to go.
new box today, test results later in the week.

Yuli, what kind of clamped power are you seeing in this setup? I was really considering doing this design since you sent it to me, but I don't know if it would be nearly as loud with only 3600 watts at most on the woofers like I'm limited to in my class. If more power is what it takes to get this loud I may consider moving up to the unlimited power class and beating the current record by 5 or so db. Funny thing is that I'm actually louder with my car and 3500 watts than the guy that holds the record in the unlimited class. I'm louder by 1.2 db's in my car.
