^^^^^^^^ was the 157.9 done with two amps and one battery???? or were the rules different then??

4 amps one multi-cell battery allowed. With rules now compared to then there is about a 1db loss in power.

Good info, I was wondering what the difference from the multicells to the current batteries were.

I used ONE Extreme Bat-Cap,,,,,THREE DD9910's,,,,, FOUR Hyfonics XXCyclops in a 2.1 cu encloser. 157.9 on Sam's tough meter I was at 158.3 then took it apart after I heard that Bat-Caps are going to be DQ. So you guiy can blame that score of which is one of the reasons why they DQ'ed that batt,lol

Today rules I'd have to use TWO amps same subs/encloser but ONE NSBg3100.
