let's say the sub fs is 36hz and if i want to build the box - tuning freq to 30hz. would that damage the sub? would that be okay for the sub?

i haven't been in car audio for a while. just need to refresh my memory. also the search thing is down so it sucked...

sure u can expect low end output. Im pretty sure my apxx's fs is alot higher then my 29hz tuning on my box. and my score is sealed on the dash termlab with usb. Any decent sub wont have any problems with that. Now doing that with a poor quality cheap sub might not be the greatest idea......
