Folding it over and slicing off excess in the inlet..

Ive allways wanted to ask. After you put a countersunk sub in, how do you take it out if it drops down to much?

Eek...well this enclosure could be easily picked up and you could 'dump' the sub out..
But if it isn't moveable (the enclosure) you have to get creative and possibly look for a flathead screwdriver and put a sock or something on it so it would scratch the basket..and try and pry it out without damaging it...lol

box looks good! next time u countersink spray bedliner in the countersink part before carpeting just makes it easier...
big fan of double baffle but not countersinking becuase if you cant move the box it is a bish to get a heavy sub out.

another thing is subs that have the screws under a custom rubber trim ring where you have to lift the edge. that is impossible unless you make extra room for it...

Nice and clean looking box. I think you need more clamps though!
