the new stroker hasnt been released yet. that is the stroker v2 v3 is said to be comming. the strokers v2 suck. when i say suck is they dont get loud or handle the power they claim. the best sub cv makes is the vmax a good value and will handle 2x rms daily...

Which generation model are you referring to?

There has been 3 with this years being the 3rd. They are improving each time. I have heard more good reports than bad about the 2 gen models of CV V-Max with this years still to be talked about more.

BTW, I support & respect 'pimp' with his many good posts here much more than I do to someone new who slams someone right off like you did. I hope your not here to cause 'chaos' like your email address is.

I have had really good luck with my V-Max 10's. I beat them pretty hard and they have yet to fail and they sound great to boot.

ummm i am a cv dealer. the silver coned vmaxs are a strong woofer. i have a customer running 2 10s ported of a db drive 2000.1 @ 15.1 volts. he pushes them as hard as the amp will let him and no problems, just loud...

sorry not going to drop down to ur level i am smarter than that. [Razz]

maybe i didnt gave them enough power?. Anyways i went with my instinct and bought that stroker and hooked it up with 1800rms. And i swear i have never heard a 12" pound that hard! it totally splits my old car apart, and the air that comes out of the box runs like a hurricane around in the car. deffinately a SWEET woofer if u give it the power that it wants=D. i cant understand how anyone can say that this woofer dont go loud O.O) thats why i can now call him an ignorant;P

Here is a review in a German car audio mag of the New Stroker 12"...this is the new stroker, not the Pro.

What are some of the 12" subs your comparing this fabled hurricane causing, car splitting beast of a woofer to in your personal experience?

And what exactly is "an ignorant." I like to properly use ignorant as it is intended: an adjective instead of a noun. Or was "ignorant" modifying the smiley wink face... Is pimp an ignorant smiley wink face with his tongue sticking out??

well i am sure it is the best subwoofer on the market(planet) because he owns it.
i am a cerwin vega dealer and the silver coned vmaxes are hard to beat. anybody that has put any real power on them in a good enclosure knows this. now for the price of a stroker or stroker pro there is alot better subs on the market for the money. not saying there junk just not a real competition sub.

i hope the new vmaxes are even better. i have gotten any in as of yet...
