Enclosure build for Mark that I recently finished, 2 12" Fi SSD's with the copper coils on 1 Sundown 1500...2.3 cubes per sub tuned to 32Hz
Getting things started
Rabbited corners on the face of port to fit everything together, very strong corners here..
Squaring things up...
Rounding over port wall endings..
cutting 45 degree inserts for the corners..

Good job Doug! That box looks pretty sweet. I just wonder why you did subs up port back in a trunk car. I just finished my car with 2 12's and did subs and port back and this thing slams. Do you have any vids of this install?

Thanks guys, and no vids yet. I'll see what I can do, my digital camera sucks at taking videos though...but mark has a pretty damn nice camera we could use...we'll see

Sorry, see sig. I have a bunch of the same CAP barbell weights in my basement. They do come in handy holding things together while the glue dries. Yeah, nevermind.
The box is looking good though. That was the only important point I was trying to get across.
