My setup will be mainly a daily driver/ bass racer. Might be a dumb question but would i be better off running 2 MT 15's off of roughly 3800 watts. Or going with 4 SSD 15's off the same power?? Box will be tuned mid in the mid 30's if this helps at all..

More is always better. [Big Grin] I used to just have 2 SXs in my trunk off an Orion 2500d, then went to 4 SXx in a wall. Not really a fair comparison, but the 4 is/was way louder.

If it were me, I'd do the 4 SSDs. Why not 4 MT 15s with 7600 watts? [Big Grin]

Well 3800 watts on two MT 15 is not much power. I have not used the SSDs but I love my MT's! You need to look at the air space you have and that may help you decide. For the MT's I would go at least 5cu.for Each sub no less. Tune it around 32Hz and it will shake your car apart and sound loud. (Not that it will be loud.) Another thing to look at is if you are thinking of adding another amp in the future I know the MT's will take it not sure about the SSDs.
