I was looking to get the correct enclosure specs for a pair of Orion XTR 10 DVC (series 1). Wanted to build a pair of single reflex bandpasses. Enclosure will be going in a 87' Buick Grand National. If I mount it on the shelf behind the back seat, where should the port(s) be fired. I know most everyone will say fire them to the back. But what about aiming them up through the rear speaker openings? I took out the 4x10's and mounted small sealed enclosures with Infinity Kappa 4"'s so there is some space avaliable.

specs for Orion XTR 10 DVC
vas = 1.554 cu ft
qts = .402
fo = 36.15 hz
I think this is all that is needed. Obviously not looking to break any SPL records but would like to have an abundance of deeeep bass. I have an old HiFonics Odin series VII from 1989 that will be powering them. Bridged power around 300 watts into 4 ohms. Thank you for any and all help.
