i have played with the thought of 50-100 6.5" drivers in my 89 gmc cargo van in a wall. i have seen re 8's in # and the thought of 6.5's has crossed my mind. I HAVE DONE LOTS OF 15'S WITH POWER! i want to do somethig different! what do you guyz think ...input is great about the setup...i found 6.5 w/ 35oz magz ect that would only cost 8-10 buk each then i would not have to have a millin wattz

only problem is your fre. will have to be well over 100hz to do any kind of numbers.

With roughly 3000 watts I can get my (4) 6 1/2" subs to do a 144.5 on the dash on the Termpro at 54 Hz. And that is from the trunk:) So the potential is there for a larger install to do some decent numbers.

Well, I wouldn't even think of doing 100 of them either. That is just a little nuts:) My point was just that smaller drivers can yield decent numbers.
MREZSTREET - if u are asking about my setup, this is what it is. The equipment is listed in my sig and here is a pic. I would show one of the trunk but my internet won't let me get to my normal stash of photos. This photo was taken at a MECA event last month. MECA Photo

Yeah, what Dom said... 170+ is doable, but if you want to play with the big boys at 180+, look elsewhere *smirk*

I think you should do it. You just have to put in a little work to get good #'s out of them. I myself wanted to do something different/fun. I have 2 L78's with 2 2500's doing a 155.1 outlaw. There's more in it but I don't have the time to commit to it being I'm getting ready for finals. I never tried it legal, I'm sure it'll do over a 50 at the dash though.
