Will it be enough power for them to get LOUD?? The subs are dual .5 ohm coils so I would parellel them to 1 ohm apiece. Run 1 sub to each channel to get 2000 watts to each sub. I want my subs to last but yet I want to get the full potential out of them. Help me out!!! Thanks Josh

should get loud, they'd be louder off one per sub I'm sure... 4ohm bridged is enough to blow a soloX 10"... lol or make it smoke even though there's no audible clipping so 1ohm per channel should do ok power on them DD 9912's

i had a 4000.1 on my eclipse ti pro, it handled it fine for music, i burped it at like 70 hz one time and had a horrid metal resonating sound come from the cone, i think it was just too high a frequency for the sub, but it did fine burping at 60 and below. oh and i think the full potential if you electrial system is up to standerds would be a 4000.1 on each 12

Well two autotek 4000.1's isnt able to be done with the coils that I have. They are dual .5 ohms. This is a daily driver. If I was just burping it would be ok bridged at 1 ohm. Thanks again Josh

2000 watts daily to those should be fine....Just watch your gain and watch your volume when you smell coils......

Well I dont see how 2000 watts daily will burn these subs up?? I was debating on the Autotek 4000 @ 1 ohm per channel daily or the American Bass 400.1 @ .5 ohm Daily. I figured it would be safer to run the autotek at it recomended, rather than the 400.1 below its recommended. Or, Should I just Keep my DD 9015's and run the AB 400.1 @ 1 ohm. Im looking to get louder. Thanks Josh

I know this is a 3 y/o post, but I just had to say I think Its kind of funny that no one noticed that the original poster said that he was wiring a dual .5 ohm sub in parrallel to get a 1 ohm load.Anyone see something wrong with that? lol.

Thats true.....unlike most mono's the .1 in the model number only means that it can be dropped to 1 ohm,not that it is a 1 channel amp.Just out of curiosity,I bought one thats why I was reading this post in the first place,I haven't hooked it up yet.....anyone have anything good or bad to say about it? Johnny
