I'm building a ported box for two tens(not sure what kind yet, any suggestions have about 1.5-2^ft) for my Jeep Wrangler soft top. I plan on firing the subs forward and the ports down. The amp will be under the box to help hide it and hopefully the ports help to keep the air circulated around the amp. Will this work and sound good?

Just trying to get it right the first time.

there isnt really anyway to suggest a box without knowing what subs

I do know that it is a good idea to keep the port and the subs on the same face. Also you do not want a lot of stuff in front of the portn it casuse air restiction.
