1st Question: I want to make a box for 2 RF 10's. These things are a couple years old. When I pluged in all the info into Blaubox it said the optimum(sp) was .31 cubic feet. Does that seem small for a sealed? 2nd: If this is correct how can I make sure it will fit in the box because its gotta be a wedge and a very thin wedge at that.

If the RF 10 your referring to is actually a RFS - 1410/1810, the correct volume for that sub is 1.0 - 1.5 cu.ft. I would think that .31 cu.ft. for any 10" sub would be way under the volume requirement.
Anyways, The only way to determine if the subs are going to fit, especially in a wedge box that small is to draw a side view of the enclosure and then make a paper or cardboard template of the sub and place it where none of the outline of the sub will not touch any of the interior surfaces. I do this for any wedge design for enclosure's that are intended pick-ups considering the top and bottom depth limitations, unless the truck is an extended cab.
