I would start with a 4 cube box, with an adjustable 30-40 Hz tuning, and then put it in the vehicle, take some response measurements, and adjust volume and tuning to get a good flat freq response. I like Iboomalot's suggestion for a quick design, but I must note I had great performance from a 9515 in 3.8 cubes tuned to 36 Hz in my car...in fact it was within 1 dB from 30-75 Hz. IMO you can't ask for more than that. Fast and flat It really is a different application than dropping a sealed box facing backwards into a trunk. IMO there is much more work involved with getting ported to work well freq response wise, but in the end, it is worth it.

since the 9515 is pretty much a midbass driver i wouldnt recommend the 30hz tuning, just the fact of the fs being 36hz tells you that you need to up the tuning i would go with about a 45hz tuning, get that nice punchy feeling while still dropping LOW, hell my 60hz tuning still drops low as hell so dont worry about it really

once broken in the Fs drops. I doubt one person on this board has more knowledge on the workings of a DD9500 even if tweaking to the product has been done since I left. 60hz as suggested is on the high side unless you want a peaky SPL type box. I suggest tuning around the 28-35hz range for more of a flat response. If its not boomy enough for you then try 45hz.
