Hey guys, I think I'm going to do 2-15's in a wall for my 95 Grand Am SE I can give each sub about 10 C^Ft ported [Smile] and I am wanting some low nasty bass.. I'll have about 750 RMS to each sub..I am wanting the bass to acctually be able to make me sick which i don't know if that's capable or not.. But I don't know which subs to choose.. I'd like to keep it in a pretty good price range, maybe around $250-300 per sub.. Any opinions on this please?? thanks

I was thinkin about the 18W3's.. I also was considering Maelstrom's...So I guess i'm gonna be goin with 2 - 18's but I'm not sure what all 18's are around $300 or so a sub?? Also I was thinkin about tuning to 25HZ, I am lookin for some real sickening bass to make my stomach groan! Is this possible with this kind of setup??

RE HC 18's are in that price range.

My friend said that my speakers are cooler than yours.... therefore I'm cooler than you are. Don't argue with me about it either.

id go with 2 cerwin vega vega series 15d4's there $150 each and are verry efficient and hit verry low put them in 17cu ft sharred with a 102sqin of port 17 inches long to tune to 25hz you should be able to hit 143db at 28hz with 700watts going to each that will do the stomach renching for sure

or if you want to spend more do the same box with 2 RE HC 18's they are $319 ea direct it about twice as much and you should see about a
3-5db increase over the Vega setup but the vegas should be enough its all how much you want to spend

Best setup for low bass? Single Treo SSX 18.22 with (2) JBL BP1200.1's on it. Put that in about 8cubes ported @ 30hz, and you're going to need a barf bag!

No joke [Smile] .

-(2) Treo SSX15.22's
-11cubes Ported @ 29Hz
-(4) JBL BP1200.1's
-Install in what seems to be a never ending 'progress'...
