ok, the title sounds a little nasty.LMAO but as some of you know a guy offered me to switch out my aw1508x's for 2 synergy15's in my same box with mod D2's to push them...
i said no, and he told me he'd give me the subs for free if they didn't sound better, get louder and take the power... i still said no.. i think he just wants to get rid of them so he called me on tuesday and said he's switch them out and only charge me for re-wiring the subs up and if the synergy15's aren't louder,cleaner, and don't hit harder...he'll buy me any sub i want under 400 each.... so i said deal.. but if the subs are louder,sound better and hit harder give him the aw1508x's and an extra $225 for the synergy's.
he did the switch.. but its no fair.. i have 2 mod D2's, they were only at 2ohm with the aw1508x's.. now they're pushing 1ohm... yea the synergy's are hitting harder...and are about 2db louder(by ear) but they don't sound better... they get low though...they should be getting about 2500rms each and they're eating the power up, but when i opened the hatch i felt a burst of heat come at me...heat from the 4inch coils maybe?? keep in mind its about 50 degrees outside...
so what should i do.. my boy wants to order a synergy15 for his car, i might just sell him one of these or both just in case one blows and get 2 15xxx's...but damn i'd have to get larry 225 bucks.. buti'd sell the subs for 250each.. so i don't know...
what do ya think..keep the synergy's until i blow them, sell them, go back to the bahn's or get 15xxx's...i think i know the answer to this one

...............XXX................. we changed 2 1505's out for 2 hc's,same ohm load same box/car/meter minutes apart and the hc's where worth alittle over 4 db on the dash

come on now fam i told you about offering me treo's...LOL naw but the ssx's seem nice but not for me.. maybe the CSX's... but i have 2 mod D2's and 2 lanzar vpro2000d's should be here tomorrow. i can't belive the synergy's are this loud though.. these f*ckers hurt they it so hard..
