To me audiobahn is nothing but another company taking ideas and technology from other comapnies and making there products.

nuh uh...

Just cause their amps resemble their phoenix gold counterparts...

and their subs (with the big surronds) almost look like smaller GZ counterparts...

and Their Chromed EQ's (which I have one) look similiar to their phoenix gold counterpart...

but oh well...

My EQ kicks butt. I like it... It matches my subs...

Tutall,
Yes, I received my subs a while ago...but I'm still waiting for my custom enclosure to be finished. So, I haven't gotten a chance to listen to them yet.
The reason it has taken so long on the enclosure is that the place I ordered them from sent me 3 AW1200's (12's), instead of the 3 AW1000's (10's) that I ordered...got the 12's for the price of the 10's though : )! Good deal for me, but the box was already about 80% done when I got them and so it had to be scrapped and new measurements had to be made to do a re-design for the new, larger enclosure.
The subs are very stout looking for such a low price. I think that if they sound anywhere near as good as they look they oughta rock my world. Aside from the beefy construction and great cosmetics, there are a couple of disappointments though:
1) The surrounds are foam, when they are advertised as rubber by Audiobahn's website and the place I ordered them from.
2) The magnet is a double stacked 80 oz., when Audiobahn says it is a 120 oz. on their website.
Other than that, they look like a *LOT* of sub for the money...I just hope they can take some power and provide me with some good SQ and serious SPL.

I'll let you know when I finally get them in...I'll do a thorough evaluation and post the results or just e-mail you if you prefer.

PS - As far as I know, the ALUM series is still unavailable...but that was a few weeks ago when I ordered my AW's, so it may have changed.
