def Fluke or Simpson. I wouldnt buy anything else. I've had a Simpson 260 for almost 20 years. Sent it in to a friend for calibration with the request for a write up of discrepancies. He sent it back no charge and said it was in spec!

you could always get one on ebay or just google it. off the top of my head... www.mcmelectronics.com will have them. probably wont be the best price you can find though, but if your worried about that then you wont mind the foot work.
