What value capacitor will let my 4-ohm speaker play everything 80hz & above!

Here's the formula:
C = 1/(2*pi*f*Z)
f is your crossover frequency, and Z is speaker impedance.
Multiply result with 1 000 000 to get result as microfarads.
(However, I don't like that simple calculation, driver is not resistive load, and it's impedance is not constant)

When installed does the cap induce any kind of noise or distortion.
