i've heard that it's possible to realise them with passive elemnts.
now i'm looking for some online topics or explanations on that one (if there are any) or even books about that theme...

if anybody can help me...

You can create phase shifts with passive elements, but not really a time delay. I guess you could run a really, really long speaker wire [Smile]
