37 hertz seems kinda low. Just get some test tones and play each one. The loudest one would be your resonant frequency. There is a member on here by the name of kan3 who has a link to a page where you can download free test tones. Give it a try. Remember no one can tell you what is best for your vehicle and what will sound best but you.

I have a 95 explorer XLT and the tuning frequency for me is about 45-46 Hz. i dont think that a shorter explorer sport would be a lower frequency. id say try somewhere around 53-56Hz that would be about my guess. Are you going to tune a box port to peak at this frequency? i did it in my xplorer and i gained about 1.5 dB but it wont play low notes and sounds kinda sloppy. good for competitions though. just a warning.
