Two possibilities, a higher voltage alternator and 14 or 16V batteries. Or a regualr alt and 12V batts and a DC-DC converter like an Accuvolt.

i have several optima yellowtops... where do i get a DC-Dc converter and what do i do with it ?

Jacobs, and Stinger were two companies that sold them. Connect the input to the batteries, and the output to your amps and dial the voltage in. The problem is that if you are running huge amps one device might not be enough for one amp as they were limited to 150A or so on the big ones.
