i want to build a ported box for my jl 12w7. i'm not going to compete. i just want it to sound really good. i'm thinking of tunung it anywhere from 35hz to 45hz w/ 2 cuft . any input would be helpful.

for the W7 i would tune 30hz im not sure what size box though but for daily i would tune 30hz you will get good sq and some sick lowend with that w7!

if you want it to sound good just tune as low as you can.

I think the general rule for good sq is 30hz
