i HAVE 2 12 THAT HAVE DUAL 2 OHM COILS.iF I SEIRIES THE COILS TO 4 OHM AND PARRELEL THE SUBS IT WILL BE A 2 OHM LOAD? DOES THE POWER TO EACH COIL CHANGE BY THE DIRRERENT WIRING? pEASE HELP!

You have several options depending on your amplifier, and what you are trying to achieve. Yes, if you series the 2-12's (2+2=4 ) you will get 4 ohms, and if you parallel the 2-4ohms, you will get 2 ohms 4x4 devided by 4+4 . keep in mind, that a bridged amplifier (stereo to mono) will react to half of the resistance it "sees" . So if you have a 2 Ohm load, the amplifier will react to a one (1) ohm load (not recommended).
