What would the output difference be between something unweighted that does 150 db compared to A weighted or C weighted?

Now I always get the 2 confused but...

A weighting (I think) doesn't take into account low frequencies at all.
C weighting applies a weighting scale that mimics the way we hear, so it deemphasizes low (and high)tones.

Both were developed to protect the hearing of workers in mills and factories.
In either case, bass related SPLs go down compared to unweighted readings.

Try searching the web under WCB for heariing protection info...
