look at a violin and an acoustical base guitar.
See which one works best for lower frequencys?

Take a short rubber band, and a long one, stretch both to three times their origional length, and pluck each one, which one moves more? [Big Grin]

could some use a 9512 2ohm for an example like best box, port area, and lenght for 55-60 Hzs. It makes better sense to see an example to illustrate the idea
