I know this has been posted like 100 times (I read them all). Only thing is, my case isn't exactly like the others. The remote wire is fried, so I hooked the remote wire to the ACC power on the back of the HU, and ran it to the amp. When I turn on my car and stereo, I push a button on my deck, it makes a popping noise, through the whole system. When I turn the volume all the way down to 0, sound goes away. This only happens when the car is on. Another thing is, I have the primier 98r, and it has 3 sets of RCAs all are labled so I know which ones are which, but I have perfect signal from the sub RCAs and the right rear RCA. The other three RCAs (right front, left front, left rear) don't give a good signal at all. As a matter of fact I get this horrible sound go through my system, when hooked to any of these three RCAs. I can deal with only having one good RCA for my highs and mid, but why do I get this sound when the car is on.
Does anyone have one of those remote things everyone talks about (Dei 55555?????) laying around, they would like to sell. Seems I can't seem to find a place that sells them. Thanks for your help.

Someone please move this to the Troubleshooting forum, I thought I was in there.

Your deck has some serious issues. The remote is blown, which typically happens by shorting it or by trying to turn on too many devices. It sounds like the RCA outputs are also broken, unless you have the fader and balance set to only the right rear. But if you have a horrible sound when you connect to one of them, I suspect they are also blown\broken\damaged in some horrible way. This can also happen if there is too much current on the ground return of the HU. One thing I would check is how good of a ground you have on the HU. If you use the factory ground wire it might be insufficient causing current to go to ground through the RCAs. But my guess is if this is the case, the damage has already been done, and you will need to have the HU checked by a tech.
