please explain what tuning a box is and what frequncy would be best for a sealed enclosure behind the bench seat of a 1995 chevy pickup. Probably RF bd1000.1 amp and 1 15 inch (the rfr series if it will fit, but it might be too deep). How do i go about tuning or is this specifically for ported enclosures?

Sealed boxes are tuned as well.. When you allow a sealed box to get too big, its considered underdamped.. When you make a sealed box very small, it's considered overdamped, and it develops a resonance frequency. This isn't useful for most applications because the resonance is usually too high, but, you can get a boomy sealed box by making it a bit too small.
