Anyone know who could tell me the replacement Mosfet substitutes on the Bose speaker amps? Improvements?

Well you can get almost any FET out there from either Newark, Digikey, Mouser, or the company directly. Depends on what model Mosfet you are replacing.

Problem is that they are ST micro proprietary mosfets made for bose. Neither Bose or ST will tell me anything. Searches with the secret Bose #'s do nothing.

Damn bose and all their secrecy cant you just get it sent in on warranty?
