how do make the amps run in "dynamic" mode (14.4 volts)?------------------

I think you are mistaken here. Do you want to get "Dynamic power"? It is a spec for some amps that is maximum power. There is no dynamic mode, to get that power you need to keep the voltage up, like it says in the specs.------------------ rybaudio@freeze.com

That power rating is probably not continuous, you couldn't get it with music. If you wanted to play test tones for a db drag it may work. What you have to do is keep the voltage up to 14.5-15 volts, and supply all the current the amp needs. If your factory charging system can do this, then its no biggie, but if it can't you may need a high output alternator. Get one that puts out as much as possible and still fits. A high output alt combined with a good batt or batts could keep the voltage high enough to get your "dynamic" power from the amp.------------------ rybaudio@freeze.com
