how do make the amps run in "dynamic" mode (14.4 volts)?

I think you are mistaken here. Do you want to get "Dynamic power"? It is a spec for some amps that is maximum power. There is no dynamic mode, to get that power you need to keep the voltage up, like it says in the specs.

That power rating is probably not continuous, you couldn't get it with music. If you wanted to play test tones for a db drag it may work. What you have to do is keep the voltage up to 14.5-15 volts, and supply all the current the amp needs. If your factory charging system can do this, then its no biggie, but if it can't you may need a high output alternator. Get one that puts out as much as possible and still fits. A high output alt combined with a good batt or batts could keep the voltage high enough to get your "dynamic" power from the amp.
