Ok, i have a R-F fanatic P 6.5" component set w/ the 6.5's having a 4ohm load, and two R-F punch 8" woofers bridged mono to a 4 ohm load .. I want to run both off my 250A2.
I want the components to play down to... 320hz and the 8's to play 320 and below
for a 1st order passive crossover is it corect to place a 124.2 uf cap on the + terminal of the Fanatic 6.5", and a 1.99mH inductor on the + side of the 8's.
or should i go with a 2nd order crossover with a 87.81 uF cap on the + side with a 2.81 mH inductor crossing between the + and - after the cap but before the speaker on teh 6.5's, and a 2.81 mH inductor on the + side with a 87.81 uF cap crossing between the + and - side on the 8's?
also, as if this wasn't enough, is 320 a good x-over point.. the 8's don't need to play that much, as i have 2 he2 12's that will take over after 110hz, but i don't know if i trust the 8's to sound good over about 320-350hz, and i don't have good solid cap inductor rating @ 350hz.
thanks alot to all who understand my ramblings

You need to use a crossover design program to determine x-over specs, it's the easiest, fastest, and most accurate.
I think that's more than a little high myself... I'd suggest if you have the resources, to use an active x-over and a couple of amps and get the car to sound good, then use those x-over points...
