I'm wondering how I can do this and still be able to charge all the batteries with my alt.
My alt is 200 amp and runs at 15.9 volts, I want to run the system at 16 or a little higher if possible, any suggestions as to how to wire and what to use would be greatly appreciated.

Does your alt run 15.9 with a load and tied into the cars electrical system? I have seen computers go at lower voltages then that.
