ok heres an idea on the higher out puts.I think db don said that in the box you pressure higher not in the corners but away from them by like 4 or 5 inches.by eliminating this why not build the two sides and the back and top out of a half circle.possibly helping to push the pressure back to the front near the ports helping out more pressure, there for higher numbers?just an idea let me know what you think or expand on this idea and run with it.

thought:why not use a complete circle for the whole box?

actually. this has already been discussed. and a sphere is not the best shape. you'd want an oblong shape.. kind've like an egg.

I made an enclosure out of fiberglass and a Beach ball once ;-) it looked really neato till someone kncoked it off our display case. I have seen the oblong enclosure in AS&S made by a company similar to qform I believe.
