The formula is:

(14630000 x R^2)/(Fb^2 x Vb) - 1.463R = L

R is the radius of the port in inches
Fb is the tuning frequency in Hz
Vb is the volume of the box in cubic inches
L is the length of the port in inches

With non circular ports, you just find the surface area, and calculate what radius will give the same area. Yours would be:

4 x 10 = 40 square inches

Area of a circle is R^2 x 3.14 so,

R^2 x 3.14 = 40

R^2 = 12.73...

R = 3.57

So you'll all the calculations with the radius being 3.57 inches.

Any questions?
