Like, i want to get a digital volt meter for my battery, but like, im too poor to afford something like those nice LED ones that you see in AS&S and CA&E. So i came up with this idea. Get some cheapo DMM or even order one of those kits from Jensen where you can do it yerself. Build the DMM or take it apart, whatever, and put it into the front of the dash. maybe see if i can back light it with a couple of green or blue high intensity LEDs. Whatcha think?

Get a parts express cataloge. They have a voltage gauge you plug in your cigarete lighter. They run about $10-12. They are made by whistler and are fairly small(about 2"x2"x.5") That size is after you remove the cigarete lighter plug. Just splice it in to those wires. I will try and get you the part number. dragnlo almost forgot they are digital with a green lcd screen ------------------
