I've measured all the specs on one of my woofers but I'm not sure if I should measure vas using the added mass method or if I should use a sealed box. I'd rather use the added mass method because that way I wouldn't have to worry about panel flexing, reverberant waves, resonances, other meaningless variables.

myt question is, can I accurately measure vas by only adding 25 or so grams to a 12" driver??? I'll be building fancy custom boxes so I need the most precise measurement possible.
