OK can I take a 2 ohm resistor and place it between the woofer with dual 4 ohm coils to So that the amp will see a 1 ohm load? And if so witch Line would it go on the + or the -. I am pretty sure it is the + but i want to be sure. I am trying to run a Vega with dual 4 on a crossfire 1000d so the amp will see the 1 ohm load to get full power out of it. Also if I did this would the resistor interfear with the power(i.e. lose any from the resistor). If this will not work can any of your give me an idea to get down to the ohms level with out adding another sub. Thanks for your help

It isn't beneficial to do this. Any extra power produced by the amp at a lower impedance will only go to heating up the resistor, your sub will still get the same power as before. There are other reasons resistors aren't so good to use but there isn't a need to go into those.
The only way to lower your impedance without adding an extra sub is to use a impedance matching transformer. Veritas, Stinger, RF, and others sold them under various names. But these have a whole set of issues with them too. Namely they need to be big to handle high power at low frequencies, they can have negative effects on amps because of core saturation and tend to amplify any crossover distortion that the amps have.

It'll take a massive sized resister, I mean JUMBO (doublegulp) size, and the heat from it will be enough to heat up your interior on a frosty Canadian morning.
