I saw a product by Lightning Audio (SWC-1) that takes the stock steering wheel controls and turns it into an infrared signal to send to your HU. It works like a learning universal remote and there is an eye you mount to send the signal attached to a hide-away unit. I really want to use this so my controls will actually work again. That was my favorite and only thing I loved about the stock radio!! I was wondering if anyone has used this yet? How well does it work?

I plan on one for the Dakota R/T. From what I hear they work just fine.

The units from PAC are cheaper and the same unit, dukk, call staub they have them
