Metro Caught in Lies Again! This post may change your opinion about MAD altogether. If you do not wish to hear the truth about Metro Audio Dynamics, then I would stop reading here. However, if you wish to hear the untold tale of how Brian Obera lies directly to customers as well as fellow competitors, keep reading. Below you will find a link that will take you to a website. This website contains a phone conversation that directly contridicts everything that Mr. Obera has been quoted as saying. In case you aren't familiar with what has been happening. Here is a quick refresh. Mr. Obera, who is a salesman at Metro Audio Dynamics. This is a chain of 2 stores in Omaha, Nebraska. There have been aligations that Metro has been building woofers under a new company called Treo! On several occassions, they have continuosly denied this fact. As in the past they have denied other aligations as well such as the notorious green MMATS van not being 175+db capable. Currently, Mr. Obera claims he has been trying to help others by answering any questions they may have. As of this past weekend, he claims he is no longer available to answer questions. Quite frankly, I don't blame him. This is in no way directed towards Mr. Obera, this is simply a heads up for all consumers and competitors. There is nothing here that isn't a fact. The things contained are direct quotes from a gentleman who calls himself Griz on the message board. Personally I don't understand why they wouldn't be truthful with consumers. There isn't anything wrong with them manufacturing these products. Maybe they will give us some explanation. I would think a speaker created by a supposed DB DRAG World Champion would be a marketing push. I am not sure why someone would lie about this matter.
This site further exposes the truth about MAD. If they would lie about this, what else have the lied about. I would also like to say, everyone on this message board, I feel, has given MAD a fair chance to be honest with everyone and erase all the doubt in our minds that John and the crew are totally legit. Unfortunately, on several occasions, they haven't been truthful and finally there is justice.

i've been there a couple of times and bought a 15" MMats series sub from them....the green van sits at the back of their install bay....they lost their contract with MMats not at the end of last year some time after i got my sub not sure why
