I want to make my own test cd and then burn it on a cd-r. I have the software & the burner so its only a matter of choosing the frequencies to put on the cd.

What are the commonly used test tone frequencies ? How long should I make each tone last ? I have the option to make Sine waves, square, triangle, sawtooth, impulse and white noise. Which should I use ?

My suggestion for the CD:

Test tones at the frequency relating to
the track: ie-20 hz = track 20...
up to 99 if you want (99 hz)

1-19, bass songs, cool things, flashdance,
testing songs, surround sound tests etc..

Got Bass?

Stoplights timed at 30 MPH are also timed at 60 MPH :) - and 90!
