I have a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, and am days away from doing a complete system in
it. I want to upgrade all my power and ground wires on the car, but have a question on
how to upgrade the power wire on my stock GM alternator.

The power wire "plugs" into the alternator. What I mean by that is, it has a black
90-degree-angled plug on the end of the power wire, and looks like it plugs into a "socket"
on the alternator. I haven't touched a thing, so I haven't tried messing with it.

So what the heck do I do so I can run 4-gauge from the alt. to the battery???? I need
help BIGTIME!!! I have NO clue. Anyone that has upgraded their power wire on their alt.
and has a similar stock configuration, PLEASE help!!

Thanks a ton!!
