After exam 10 ps section fet's are destroyed (wish i had a dig cam b/c this would be hilarious to show) Ive pulled part numbers off of them and there are two fet's im guessing maybe one is n type and the other p type? but neways onto the hard part - They are all fairchild parts - one lil prob the number on them is yielding NO results - anywhere - maybe someone could help me running down a few? I need them before this weekend so i will pay for overnight shipping if i can find em [Smile] Thanks guys, here are the part #'s:

N412AG or possibly N412AC?
second one is N351AF or possibly N351AP?

Thanks guys for ne help you can provide

Normally large FETs like that are named something like FDP 55 N 06 xxx
where FDP is the series name or FET type
55 is the max drain current in Amps
N meaning N channel
06 is the Vds rating (this number x 10, 60V in this case)

Are there any other numbers on there to give any hints.
