My question is what is the best way to wire my subs and get the most power to them without over powering the amp? Can I bridge my sub amp to get more power to the subs without over heating? And if so, How do i do it?

Thats the way its wired now and i have harly any bass at all. be for me ad my freind messed with them i had one speaker wired to the amp @ 4ohms. Then i wired the other speaker off of the other speaker. I had so much bass it was insane . But is it bad to wire it like that? I have some diagrams of how they are wired now and how the where wired.

unless that amp is quality built, it is going to run really hot, shut off often and just sound bad in general. You're best best bet is to either upgrade your amp or subs or preferably both. I had the same subs (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?product_id=2606843) as you and just trust me you definitely want to upgrade 3mm of X-max and an f3 of 45 hz is NOT VERY GOOD at all for a subwoofer. I had them in 1 cube each ported tuned to 28hz and they sounded alright, but then I swapped in my RE10s and my system came alive. If you want louder then you can try building a box that is about 1.5 cubes each tuned to 33 hz that will help with output, but your best bet is to sell those off and get a better set of woofers and amp.

Well space and $$ are biggies for me. So i can't make another box that has that much air volume with out losing any more space. So i can't afford new woofers + an amp. Don't lauph when i ask what dose RE stand for?

you need a bigger amp anyway, so when it goes up in smoke, you'll have an excuse to get one
Partially agree with him, But instead of letting that amp go up in smoke, just scrounge and save for a quality amp. As long as you stick with a reputable manuf. you can get away with a used/older amp.
Then use the amp you currently have to push your front speakers. It should sound pretty good at that point. So, there's no reason to let that amp go to waste.

Oh yeah, when looking for your next amp, get a mono (single channel) amp.
Good luck.

LETS ASSUME NOT DVCS. THE AMP YOU HAVE IS AN A/B CLASS AMP, RUNNING YOUR SUBS IN THE "SUPER BASS" WIRING MODE GIVES YOU A 2 OHM LOAD AT THE AMP. YOUR AMP CAN NOT HANDLE 2 OHM BRIDGED, AND RUNNING THEM IN STEREO DOESNT ALLOW YOUR CONES TO ACT IN UNISON. THE SAFEST WAY TO HOOK UP YOUR SUBS IN A BRIDGED CONFIG (SO YOUR AMP SEES ONE BIG SUB), IS TO WIRE YOUR SUBS IN SERIES AND WORK WITH AN 8 OHM LOAD. YOUR POWER OUTPUT IS SHOT TO HELL, BUT YOUR EQUIP WILL LAST LONGER, AND YOUR SOUND Q WILL GO WAY UP

But i need some "cheap" subs to go along with the amp. I was thinking maybe some Kenwood, Rockford Fosgate, Or Alpine subs. What yall think?
