I have a single cab f150 and when I gut it I am going to put double layer of peel and seel on roof doors and behind the seats on that back wall ( if i dont do a blow through ) but my question is do you need to do the floor to? would it really matter?

If you had left over I would. The Floor is quite strong and reinforced from the out side. If you did it from the seats back (or the whole floor) it would help with making stuff that is mounted to the floor not shack as much. If you have it left over why not?
