me and my buddy might trade amps. His amp gives about 400 more watts off than my amp does. His amp uses an 80a fuse while mine uses a 60a fuse. Is the extra 20a gonna be a draw on my car? Also, i wanna upgrade from my stock front speakers. The size i need is 6 and 3/4, can you reccomend me some low priced but good quality speakers, i have too much bass and i wanna hear the vocals. THANKS!!

i dont think 80amps would be that hard at all unless your factory alt is realy small. and the amp doesnt pulls that full power all the time. you can always turn the crossover boosts off or turn the gain down. but if you dont have much diming lights right now i wouldnt worry about it. but if you do have a preaty significant dim right now with that bp600.1 it probably would be alot harder on your system. best way to find out. trade amps and find out......... i would never upgrade anything that didnt have to be or i didnt want to upgrade.

it depends on if his amp is class d or class a/b. if its class d the current draw shouldnt be much more than your current setup but otherwise it may cause dimming if you dont have any right now. as for speakers, i'd try to get these cadence components off ebay if you have the depth to mount them.
