Ok I know that there are quite a few people on here who have sent their subwoofers back to Audiomobile for repair and have not seen them in at least 2 monthes..
Personally I sent my Evo-R 12 DVC back to the company approx. 3 monthes ago. I know that it was signed for and recieved at the address I was directed to send it because of UPS Tracking Info.
I also know that I spoke with tech support who was acting as Tech Support for Audiomobile at the time in which I contacted them for return information. The reason I was sending the driver back was for warrenty work on the cone. Ponte went on to inform me that I could expect to recieve a replacement driver withing 7 days.
In the last 7 days the Audiomobile website, www.audiomobileinc.com was taken offline. This also is another troubling fact.
I I would highly recommend all who have experienced the same as I post their stories here as well as get together with me to file a lawsuit agains't Matt Overpeck in small claims court.
I would also appriciate all free bumps as I will bump this topic to the top of the page once daily until my driver is returned to me.
If anyone has Matt Overpeck's email address at Eclipse that would be good information to post.
