This stuff was easy to install, really sticky and didnt need a roller to apply. The only prepping i did was clean the surface with soapy water and rinsed it well. for the roof liner, i used armorall cleaning wipes to clean. cutting strips was made simple with a box cutting knife and a hard surface behind it, none sticked to the blade or tried to tear, it cut pretty clean. Even tho this stuff seems kinda thick, it bends and twists around the contours of the body very well ithout having any peel-off issues. i would suggest going over the contours slowly tho just to make sure your on the surface the whole time to ensure proper placement and effect. another plus that i liked about this product was the fact that it was softer than dynamat, kinda squishy. it helped make the installation process around contours very easy. The effects of this product after the install was great, the knock test to check for resonating sound performed well. there wasnt any echos or resonating sounds after the initial knock. as for road noise, the truck seemed alot quieter after the install. i didnt do a full door wrap, just mainly spots where i found resonating sounds from the knock test and a little more here and there, and the roof was fully lined. keep in mind that to eliminate all road noise you need to hit the doors fully and everything else in the vehicle that could allow road noise in, and since this is a spl vehicle road noise isnt the great concern, just flexing panels. I do reccommend this product to anyone looking for a great cost alternative to dynamat, and in my honest opinion i think this was alot easier and more effective than dynamat of equal thickness. any more personal questions can be emailed to me( hccafan@cableone.net ) or replied to this post. later shane christiansen
