Topic: 2 batt system ground wire help
I will be using 2 batts for my system (street B). Is it better to run a ground wire from the first batt to the second batt or ground the first batt in the engine bay and the second batt in the back? --------------------

Ground all batteries to the chassis. No need to run a ground wire from front to back. --------------------

I use the same ground point and ground the second from the first... If you look at Batcap web site this is what they recommend for all their products, including their battery... -------------------- 98 3000GT VR4 (3000 W) 90 Porsche 944 S2 Cabrio (3300 W) 90 Pathfinder (1350 W)

It dont matter. Its all prefrence. Like running Neg to the batt from the amp. It might make a diff. but try both ways and see what you like. -------------------- Chris Miller
