Ok I just hooked up my 9515 to the tarantula in my shop and with my volume on 10 (goes to 64) the sub was moving about 1/8" and the entire house was shaking. Stuff fell off shelves and dad was stomping on the floor to get me to shut it off. Can't wait till they leave for a little while...

Actually myself and my dad built the house. It's very sturdy but it was extremely loud considering. I can't imagine what a pair will sound like in the confines of my small truck interior. On another note, the DD is the only single sub that has survived being hooked to the tarantula.

What other subs have you tried? In your house I doubt voltage was very high at all.

Try some Shocks or Strokers - bet they take it.
