Brown Bread, Raamat (Where can I find this?), or Hi Temp Mastic

Which of these is the most effective deadening material? Also, about how many ft^2 will I need to properly deaden my car (see signature, 99 Firebird T/A). Do I have to double or triple layer it for it to work properly? If so, I was thinking of just double layering the floor and triple up on the doors and the hatch. I've never worked with deadening material before so I need all the help I can get on this one guys. Thanks for any advice.
